The EMERG held its first virtual meeting included in the Work Plan 2020, namely a webinar on Key Policy Challenges in 5G Development for Emerging Countries. Detecon, EMERG consultant, gave a presentation on the main issues related to the new 5G ecosystem with a special view to the challenges to be faced by the emerging countries, considering also the COVID-19 emergency.
Then, the participants discussed on the topics at stake, taking into consideration the recommendations proposed.
